2. Submit the Form.
3. Take note of your Serial Number and Reference Number
4. Print APPLICATION SUMMARY PAGE and PAY4ME ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP (Note that your Transaction ID is on this Slip)
5. Visit any Sterling Bank, UBA Bank, Intercontinental Bank or Union Bank Branch for Payment with the Slip.
6. Visit the Portal to retrieve your Applicant ID, Print Acknowledgement Cards and Attestation Cards.
7. Print Acknowledgement Cards and Attestation Cards using Applicant ID
